In most cases, the delivery takes between five (5) to seven (7) working days after payment confirmation. However, delivery can take longer as we work with external logistics partners. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Delivery is made through our logistics partners GD Express, from Monday to Friday. If the deliverer is unable to deliver to you, he/she will attempt to deliver on the next working day.

Please use alternative delivery address service and have your order comfortably delivered to your workplace, for example. Please note that the order billing address and the order delivery address must be the same.
